Paris10 May – 6 June, 2005 Hungarian Institute in Paris 92 rue Bonaparte 75006 Paris
The situation became even more complex: Paris and Stuttgart claimed nearly the same term for a possible date, so it seemed that one of the two venues must be cancelled. After some review and calculation in respect to the ground layout both were found to be all right. Luckily, every one was asked to give three of his/her artwork pieces, thus parting the collection into three, in which one piece of artwork was displayed in Paris, whilst two were shown on the walls in Stuttgart. The international community of Frieze expanded: Iraqi, Argentine, Greek, Swedish, and Japanese artists took part in missionartline. A crowd congregated to see the opening gala, only the quantity of the wine was underestimated. Many thanks to Magda Szabó and Zsuzsa Kis. |
