The organization process faced difficulties, yet it got back on top by the help of our friend, Péter Siklós. A quite populous company joined the Frieze via Péter’s existing good contacts, plenty of visitors were present at the opening gala, and some of them remembered the exhibition as the most imposing one in years. The spirit of friendship, which still escorts the show since then, was already sensed in Vienna, right at the beginning of the traveling exhibition.
